Where are ZZZ Airsoft products designed and manufactured?
All ZZZ Airsoft products are designed, developed, and assembled in France by myself.
The components are manufactured in Europe, with key parts of the Infinite kit produced in Finland and Italy,while prioritizing French production whenever possible.
This approach allows me to offer reliable, durable products that meet airsoft standards, while also supporting the local economy.
Are ZZZ Airsoft products compatible with HPA equipment from other brands?
Yes, ZZZ Airsoft products are designed to be compatible with most standard HPA equipment, using universal fittings to suit the widest range.
Do you offer complete airsoft replicas?
Yes, I occasionally offer custom airsoft replicas on the website.
Since I handle the entire operation on my own, it’s difficult to keep a steady release schedule.
That’s why, whenever you see replicas available, I recommend not waiting too long!
Do you offer spare parts for your products?
Yes. That’s part of my commitment from the very start: I design products that are modular and easy to maintain.
If you ever need to replace a part, feel free to contact me, we’ll explore the best options together to keep your gear in perfect condition.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
An order can only be modified or cancelled if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
If the order is still being prepared, please contact me quickly so that I can make the necessary changes.
If your order has already been shipped, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
In this case, you can however exercise your right of withdrawal once you have received the package, in accordance with my returns policy.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
- Please contact me immediately including your invoice number to expedite processing.
- Describe the problem in detail, so that I understand exactly the nature of the defect.
- Provide photos or videos illustrating the problem, as well as clear photos of the packaging if it is damaged.
This will allow me to quickly understand the problem and find an effective solution as soon as possible.
How do I make a return?
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of your order.
If you wish to return a product, please contact me so I can provide you with the return address.
For the return to be accepted, please ensure that the product(s) is/are in the same condition as when received: original packaging intact, without traces of use, and with all accessories, instructions and any gifts.
Return costs are your responsibility.
I strongly advise you to insure your package, as I cannot be held responsible in the event of loss.
Upon receipt, I will carefully inspect the product(s). If the conditions are not met, the refund amount may be adjusted.
In this case, I will contact you to arrange the return of the product(s) at your expense.
What should I do if I haven't received an order confirmation email?
If you have not yet received an order confirmation email, here are some steps to follow:
- Check your spam folder: The email may have been filtered to this folder by mistake.
- Please make sure you entered your email address correctly when ordering.

What delivery methods are available?
Available delivery options include Colissimo home delivery and Point Relais delivery, for more flexibility depending on your needs.
What are the delivery times for my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery is via Colissimo, within 48 hours for mainland France and within 3 to 5 business days for Europe (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Do you offer free shipping?
Free delivery is only available in France. Please check the applicable conditions ( see conditions ).
How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can use the tracking number provided to you in the shipping confirmation email.
This number allows you to track the progress of your package in real time.
If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder; sometimes the message ends up there by mistake.
