Infinite Assistance

Welcome to the Infinite Kit support page.

You are here to obtain a complementary guide or support to optimize the installation and operation of your kit.

Below are the essential checkpoints and most frequently asked tips.
These are situations that some players have already encountered, and in all cases, they have been resolved.
This information will help you ensure optimal operation and get the most out of your equipment.

⚠️ Beware of custom or modified parts
If your replica is equipped with non-original or customized parts, this may affect its operation.
Differences in tolerances or compatibility can sometimes cause unexpected behavior (such as random firing) and complicate the quality of support I can provide you.

If you have any doubts about installation or compatibility, I recommend that you contact a competent technician to assist you in installing the kit.

Key points to follow:

Terms of Use
The kit must be used in accordance with the intended conditions. Any unauthorized modification or misuse may cause problems.

Compliant installation
Make sure the kit is installed correctly by following my recommendations. Incorrect installation can cause malfunctions.

Proper air pressure
Make sure the pressure you're using matches my recommended values. Too low or too high a pressure can cause leaks and impact performance.

Regular maintenance
As with all HPA kits, I recommend regular maintenance: cleaning, lubricating moving parts, replacing O-rings if necessary, and making minor adjustments.
Regular maintenance ensures smooth operation, limits the risk of leaks or blockages, and extends the life of your kit.

If a problem persists, do not modify the product; this will void the warranty. Contact me directly via the contact form: I will help you find a solution.

Troubleshooting

Air leak when connecting the Airsoft replica to HPA

Cock the Airsoft replica before connecting it to the air source to prevent the hammer (fire pin) from remaining engaged and causing an accidental shot.

Low power

- Check the PSI setting: Make sure it matches the operating recommendations to ensure optimal performance.
- Check the HPA tank pressure: Too low a pressure can affect the operation of the kit.
- Clean and lubricate the sliding parts of the Airsoft replica (rails).
- Check the tightness of the two bottom screws that hold the kit against the Airsoft replica: insufficient tightening can cause operating problems.
- Check the number of shims installed: too few shims can cause air leaks at the nozzle, while too many can block the Airsoft replica's cycle.

Common symptom: Hammer spring too weak

The Infinite kit requires slightly higher pressure than a conventional gas magazine, due to the specific volume and flow rate of its system.
If the hammer spring is too weak, it may not have enough force to push the output valve and release the air.
The power of the spring varies between Airsoft replica models, and its natural wear and tear from use can also influence performance.

Air leak after a shot

- Clean and lubricate the sliding parts of the Airsoft replica (rails).
- Check the tightness of the two bottom screws that hold the kit against the Airsoft replica: insufficient tightening can cause operating problems.
- Check the number of shims installed: an excess can cause a blockage and prevent the Airsoft replica from cycling correctly.
- After firing, make sure the slide or bolt recoils enough to re-cock the firing mechanism.

Common symptom: Hammer spring too weak

The Infinite kit requires slightly higher pressure than a conventional gas magazine, due to the specific volume and flow rate of its system.
If the hammer spring is too weak, it may not have enough force to properly actuate the percussion valve and release the air.
The power of the spring varies between replica models, and its natural wear and tear from use can also influence performance.

Airsoft replica that only fires once and requires manual re-cocking

This is a fairly common problem on GBBs, particularly with the AAP-01.

⚠️ Beware of custom or modified parts
If your replica has non-original or customized parts, this may affect the normal functioning of the Airsoft replica.
Differences in tolerances or compatibility can cause random firing phenomena and this phenomenon can vary from one magazine to another due to tolerances.

- Check that the rear sight clamping screw is not overtightened, as overtightening can block the movement of the loading nozzle.

If the hammer spring is too weak, it may not have enough force to push the output valve and release the air a second time.
The power of the spring varies between Airsoft replica models, and its natural wear and tear from use can also influence performance.

Airsoft replica that fires in full auto while the selector is on semi

This is a fairly common problem on GBBs, particularly with the AAP-01.

⚠️ Beware of custom or modified parts
If your Airsoft replica has non-original or custom parts, this may affect the normal operation of the selector and hammer.
Differences in tolerances or compatibility can cause an unintentional full auto shot and this phenomenon can vary from one magazine to another due to tolerances.

The most common causes are:

Sear / hammer sear worn → no longer grips the hammer correctly.
Valve lock or valve knocker damaged → does not lock the valve after each shot.
Selector incorrectly fitted or worn → incorrect positioning between semi/auto.
Weakened spring (sear, hammer, valve lock) → the part does not return to place in time.
General wear of internal parts → rounds off the hooks and causes continuous cycling.

Solution: Visually check the condition of these parts, replace those that show wear (especially sears and springs).

Slide that locks halfway

Reduce the number of shims installed: an excess can cause jamming and prevent the Airsoft replica from cycling correctly.

BBs jams

For optimal operation of your GBB, use only quality BBs.
Deformed, too light or poor quality BBs can cause jams, air leaks or damage your Airsoft replica.

- After firing, make sure the slide or bolt recoils sufficiently.
- check the condition of the hop-up seal
- check the condition of the loading noozle and more specifically the chambering rod

Slide that does not lock when the magazine is empty

- After firing, make sure the slide or bolt moves back enough to properly activate the slide stop.
- Check the PSI setting: Make sure it matches the operating recommendations to ensure optimal performance.
- Check the HPA tank pressure: Too low a pressure can affect the operation of the kit.
- Clean and lubricate the sliding parts of the Airsoft replica (rails).
- Check that the magazine spring exerts sufficient pressure to correctly operate the slide stop latch.
The force required to operate this mechanism may vary depending on the brand and model of Airsoft replica.

You can also improve operation by slightly stretching the magazine spring or adding a shim to raise its position.
